    We recommend storing your wood products in a cool and dry location at room temperature to ensure their longevity.
  • Can I leave my wood wares in the sun?
    We do not recommend leaving your wood products in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. Doing so can try out the wood and change its appearance.
  • Can I store my wood wares near a heat source?
    Do not place your wood products on top or under any flame or grill. Prolonged exposure to heat can cause warping and damage the product.
  • What is the best way to clean my wood wares?
    We recommend hand washing with mild dish soap and a soft damp cloth. Dry immediately and thoroughly after washing.
  • Can I put my wood wares in the dishwasher?
    No, our wood products are not suitable for dishwasher use. Doing so may damage the product.
